We built a smart electric heater that runs on infrared technology, designed to create what we call “bio-thermal” energy. It’s a different kind of warmth than the forced-air blast you’re used to. Our focus is on gentle, targeted heat—especially for older adults, where supporting cardiovascular health matters most.

Here’s how it actually works

Most heaters push air around. That creates drafts, and the temperature swings wildly. Our system does something else entirely. It emits long-wave infrared radiation. This energy slips past the skin and warms you from the inside out—kind of like how your body naturally makes heat. That encourages peripheral vasodilation, which means better microcirculation. And because it doesn’t rely on rapidly changing the room’s air temperature, it’s easier on seniors.
