That means you can skip the annoying part where you have to tweak the lamp holders or spend half your afternoon rewiring the control cabinet. You just put them in and get back to work.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Getting the fit right&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;The real pain with Sidel machines is that the physical sizes and electrical loads are all over the place. We spent the time matching the exact lengths and connector specs of the original gear.&#xA;Whether you&amp;rsquo;re &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.com&#34;&gt;running&lt;/a&gt; a legacy SBO or a Matrix, these fit the footprint you already have. We use precision-ground quartz ends because a loose fit is a disaster. It causes arcing, and arcing burns out your connectors. Simple as that.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The heat side of things&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;These use high-wattage shortwave infrared tech. We’ve dialed in the voltage and wattage to mirror the OEM power curve, so your preforms hit the right temperature without overshooting and ruining the batch.&#xA;To keep your cycle times fast, you need high heat density. But that puts a lot of stress on the glass. To stop them from snapping under the pressure, we use heavy-wall quartz. It&amp;rsquo;s tougher and lasts longer.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;A quick tip on installation&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Swapping them is easy. Pull the old tube out, slide the new one in. Done.&#xA;One thing to keep in mind: since these lamps push a lot of heat, your cooling fans have to work harder. If your ventilation is clogged with dust or debris, the heat builds up around the housing. Over time, that eats away at your wiring insulation.&#xA;Keep your oven clean, and these lamps will treat you well.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
